Return & Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility

  • All eligible returns and exchanges must be made within 5 days of the original purchase date.
  • The product must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Products that are damaged due to misuse, neglect, or accidents will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.

2. Return Process

  • We will provide you with a return authorization number (RA number).
  • You must include the RA number with your return package.

  • You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

3. Exchange Process

  • We will confirm availability and provide instructions for returning the original product and placing a new order.
  • You may be required to pay the difference in price if the exchange product is more expensive.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned product.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exceptions

  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
