Return & Exchange Policy
1. Eligibility
- All eligible returns and exchanges must be made within 5 days of the original purchase date.
- The product must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Products that are damaged due to misuse, neglect, or accidents will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
2. Return Process

- We will provide you with a return authorization number (RA number).
- You must include the RA number with your return package.

- You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
3. Exchange Process

- We will confirm availability and provide instructions for returning the original product and placing a new order.
- You may be required to pay the difference in price if the exchange product is more expensive.
4. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned product.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exceptions
- Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Customized or personalized products are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
